Caretaking of your home: key holding and management, airing your property, watering indoor plants, collecting post and forwarding if needed, receiving deliveries, checking doors and windows, monitoring the alarm system and any leaks or issues, and a visit after each bout of severe weather. Household management: switching on the heating and turning on water, gas and electricity supplies (and switching them off after departure); plugging in appliances (fridge, freezer, etc.) and unplugging; making up the beds before arrival; collecting household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) for drop-off at the laundry (laundry charge extra). subject to an annual contract
Fridge stocked for your arrival: €20 + the cost of the shopping. Shopping to your list and putting everything away. Household linen: €20 + laundry fee. Drop-off at the laundry, collection and putting away.
Services priced on request and subject to an annual contract between you and La Conciergerie des Dentelles: Thorough spring cleaning and/or regular cleaning. Gardening and/or grounds maintenance. Pool opening/winterising and maintenance. Supervision of works with photographic updates.
