We offer a complete service to free you from the hassles of short-term letting. Creation and management of your listings on booking platforms, communication with guests, and support throughout their stay, from booking to check-out. Before your guests arrive: airing the property; turning on water, electricity and gas; plugging in appliances (household appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi router); taking meter readings; making up the beds; setting out household linen; and providing basic essentials for guests (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, toilet paper). Check-in: welcome, inventory/condition check, handover of keys, practical information, and SMS confirmation to the owner of the guests’ arrival. Check-out: inventory/condition check, meter readings, collection of keys; if needed, unplugging appliances; turning off water, electricity and gas; collection of household linen; checking that all doors, windows, garage and gate are secured. Report on the letting.
